	Welcome to the Winner's Minute website! Throughout my years in the military, business, and ministry, I have read a multitude of articles and books on leadership. In addition, I have listened to numerous seminar speakers share principles for succeeding in the workplace and how to grow a successful organization. Through application, I learned that some of these principles proved to be helpful, while many of them were not. Soon, I began to make an interesting observation. The leadership principles that proved to be useful and valuable had their roots in biblical truth! This was the start of my discovery that the Bible is not an archaic, outdated Book to be relegated to an obscure place in society. Rather, it is both relevant and practical for today's modern workplace. Sharing and communicating the Bible's valuable leadership principles with as many people as possible is the reason I began broadcasting the Winner's Minute and writing Workplace Wisdom from the Word. This website is just another vehicle to fulfill this purpose.
